Welcome to Dower School of Driving. We are a Hawaii-based company started by brothers Paul and Walter Dower. Our company offers teenagers the ability to obtain a Driver Education Student Completion Certificate and a Behind-the-Wheel Student Completion Certificate which will allow them to take their road test. We will offer an in classroom and behind the wheel defensive driving programs individually and as a package.

We at Dower School of Driving are determined to ensure that each student who attends our class will leave with a better understanding of the laws of the road and more experience before taking on the privilege of driving.
